Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, based on availability, seasonal changes, and partner/provider updates. Currency fluctuations may affect the final billing amount if international bookings are involved.
All cancellations and refunds are subject to the individual policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges, including transaction fees and service fees (if any). Refund timelines may vary depending on the provider’s policy (typically 7–21 business days). Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable—please check before confirming.
Requests to modify confirmed bookings (e.g., date changes, name corrections) are subject to availability and the service provider’s change policies. Additional charges may apply for modifications.
Travel Tree Holidays is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to natural calamities, strikes, airline issues, political unrest, or any unforeseen events beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as visa approvals, seating arrangements, etc.). It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.) are valid and in order.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
Users must not use our platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes. Providing false information while booking may lead to cancellation without refund.
All personal information collected during booking or inquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared without consent, except with service providers for operational purposes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
